Charles and Ray Eames had ideas about making a better world, one in which things were designed to bring greater pleasure to our lives. Their iconic Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman (1956) began with a desire to create a chair with “the warm, receptive look of a well-used first baseman’s mitt.” The result embodies what it really means to lounge. In continuous production since its introduction, this set is widely considered one of the most significant designs of the 20th century. Combining soft, inviting leather, mohair, or fabric with the sleek form of molded wood, the Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman is the culmination of the Eameses’ efforts to create a club chair using the molded plywood technology they pioneered in the ’40s. Even today, each piece is assembled by hand to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship, and you’ll be pleased to discover the set gets even better with use and age. Most local deliveries within the East Bay and San Francisco can be arranged for $79–$100 and are typically completed within a few days. This rate doesn’t apply to all items and does not cover areas like San Jose, Santa Rosa, Napa Area, or Sacramento, which may incur higher fees. If you're unsure, please reach out before purchasing.

If shipping isn’t charged at checkout, your order won’t ship until it’s paid. We’ll send a custom quote. Shipping is handled by FedEx, UPS, or white glove carriers. Rates are set by the carriers and out of our control.
International buyers: email us at enlivenmart@gmail.com to place an order. All items are insured, but shipping is at your own risk. If a package is lost or damaged, the buyer must file the claim. No refunds for lost/damaged international shipments.

Pick-Up:
Items must be picked up within 5 days of purchase. Need more time? Email us to arrange storage (fees may apply).
For pickups, bring a blanket or padding—especially for large or fragile items. We’ll help you wrap and load, but we’re not responsible for any damage to your item or vehicle during loading.
Items left over 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated or placed in storage with monthly fees.
